LM Therapy and Wellness is dedicated to guiding high-achieving professional women of color in leadership through a journey of self-discovery, healing, and authentic success. As a Holistic Clinical Therapist with a specialization in trauma, anxiety, depression, and financial healing, I support women in breaking through the barriers that prevent them from living a balanced, empowered life.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapy, personalized coaching, and holistic practices to help women of color overcome imposter syndrome, heal financial trauma, and redefine what success means to them—beyond external validation.
I understand that success without balance is incomplete. My mission is to help women reclaim their sense of self, navigate the challenges of leadership, and create a life of true fulfillment.
