Laurea is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Workshop Facilitator and Wellness Consultant with over a decade of experience supporting clients through life’s most challenging transitions.
Her work focuses on helping clients stabilize emotionally, think clearly, and move with intention through challenges such as burnout, relationship shifts, and divorce or custody matters. She provides both ongoing therapy and structured support for women navigating family transitions, often in collaboration with attorneys to ensure clients are grounded and prepared throughout the legal process.
Her approach integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic practices, honoring the connection between mind, body, spirit and lived experiences.
