Family Transition Stabilization Program

The Family Transition Stabilization Program is a short-term (8-week) therapeutic support during divorce, custody, or major family restructuring.

The primary focus of the program is to stabilize, clarify strategy and develop forward stability. 

Together, over the course of 8 weeks, clients will gain pertinent skills in: 

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Immediate stress management
  • Identifying emotional triggers impacting legal (or parenting) decisions
  • Crisis prevention plan (as applicable and within scope)
  • Communication regulation
  • Boundary setting
  • Co-parenting mindset work
  • Financial anxiety regulation
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Identity restructuring
  • Parenting alignment
  • Long-term emotional regulation planning
  • Relapse prevention
