Family Transition Stabilization Program
The Family Transition Stabilization Program is a short-term (8-week) therapeutic support during divorce, custody, or major family restructuring.
The primary focus of the program is to stabilize, clarify strategy and develop forward stability.
Together, over the course of 8 weeks, clients will gain pertinent skills in:
- Nervous system regulation
- Immediate stress management
- Identifying emotional triggers impacting legal (or parenting) decisions
- Crisis prevention plan (as applicable and within scope)
- Communication regulation
- Boundary setting
- Co-parenting mindset work
- Financial anxiety regulation
- Decision-making under pressure
- Identity restructuring
- Parenting alignment
- Long-term emotional regulation planning
- Relapse prevention
